Paid for the ad free option and am now seeing ads again after the latest update! This is either very poor testing or illegal sharp practice! Needs to be resolved without delay or I will be looking for a refund. This is not the first time EA have done this, they clearly want to destroy their company by alienating their client base. Bejewelled is not their only game that suffers with their don’t care attitude. Surprise, surprise, refund crashes on EA website. The game is unplayable, it’s been turned into an ad machine. Stay away from the game and EA. I am uninstalling it after 10 years! EA morons are up to their stupid tricks again after an unnecessary update. Paid for ad free and now full of ads again making the game unplayable. Here comes another uninstall. Latest update 3.5 has reintroduced advertising and wiped my progress. Why EA think I want to view any of their idiotic ads after buying the ad free version beats me. All they can see is money and the rest of us can go to blazes. The only reason why they have a decent review score is because of their oldest versions of the game. The app is also targeting kids with a 4+ age for playing. Nothing more than attempted child grooming!

When I first downloaded the games I played to not have ads. Now getting ads and want me to pay for them again as if I never paid for them in the first place. Not playing it again.

Like many others I’ve played Bejeweled for over 10 years. It used to be a game you paid for up front and then enjoyed and it was very very enjoyable indeed. But since the last few game updates, it’s turned into a money grabbing scheme which seems to be run by a bunch of crooks. The game has no playability and is littered with adverts and ‘buy this’ ‘buy that’ Utter rubbish. Pop Cap you should be very very ashamed. And don’t even get me started on Peggle!!!

Yet again, for the third time, an update has lost everything I worked hard for and sent me back to the beginning! I can see my profile scores ut cannot retrieve them. I have deleted the App yet again, so disappointed.

Had this app for some time now and thoroughly enjoyed whiling away many a tea break with it. But I am now uninstalling it because the ads have reached the point where they are far too intrusive. Not only are they now ‘in your face’ but when you click to close it, it opens again. Sometimes three times in a row! Added to that some ads also shout at you. Thanks for spoiling an otherwise pleasant experience.

I used to like when you ran out of time there was one shuffle and continue option. Thats now been removed, and no longer like this….

I have been a loyal player for many years. It used to be great, quite addictive. However, since the last update it has been ruined. The update lost my achievements and has forced me back to the start where the game keeps being interrupted by tutorial messages. Most annoying is the constant adds. I paid to remove adds but now they pop up every few minuets. It’s not just one quick add. It’s multiple adds for different games that I’m NOT interested in. The game developers have just got greedy! I will be immediately deleting this app. You lost me, and probably most of your loyal players. Don’t download this app unless you want to spend more time watching adds than playing the game.

I loved this game until they put the adverts on…. It was advert free
