Belco Money Manager

This new updated App is awful. It wants me to verify every time I try to open it. Then when I request a verification code it does not send it. I am stuck with no working Mobile App. Also the fact that I have to log in every time I want to see what my last few transactions are is a pain in the Butt!! The old version was much better I could check my last 3 without having to log in every time.

New appearance is not helpful. How can I get the previous version?

Don’t even waste your time if you have an iPhone. This app is incredibly glitchy. One it pulled a transaction 3x because it was glitching while I was submitting a payment. Errors EVERYWHERE. Belco staff has next to no experience or training with the app, so they can never help.

Don’t waste your time

This app has many opportunities but in particular there is a fundamental one. If the app says “includes pending” it should actually include pending transactions. I am glad I keep track of my own funds on a personal ledger, or I would have had a very very large problem. 100% caused by the inaccurate reporting of “includes pending”. If the reason is it only works for certain transactions then maybe it shouldn’t say including pending at all!

This app no longer recognizes my device whenever it connects to a new WiFi or tower. I need to use 2 factor authentication and the email times out and I vent always take a phone call

App is not working which is frustrating

Why don’t this app ever work it’s so frustrating.

It’s alright easy to use but the widget does not work for iOS

This app is great! However I’ve been having a problem logging into my account, it was working perfectly fine with the “finger print” addition but now that feature is gone and everytime I log in the authentication questions aren’t even the questions I picked, please fix this
