雙11取消優惠訂單問題
雖然規則都已經寫好 也有寫官方有權取消或更改優惠 但消費者的角度而言，當產生出期待感卻又落空的負面影響，的確是影響使用體驗信賴度的問題 還有沒有額外訊息通知，信箱也沒收到信件，訂單還一直顯示在準備中 公告則是使用「非常小的文字」放在「自動輪播圖」上而沒有另外設一個明顯的公告，感覺是刻意讓人不要太仔細以免眾怒 如果消費者無法第一時間從主頁面上得到取消訂單的訊息，很容易降低使的信任感，甚至會認為無法順利買到所想要的商品是因為貴公司的責任疏忽 再來論台灣對於品牌忠誠度問題 雖然大家也只看哪邊優惠多就往哪邊倒 但是這個品牌在台灣討論度相對低，品牌忠誠度較少的於他牌之外 對於沒有像是此舉沒有可信賴度的店家根本也不會有品牌忠誠度出現.... 還有想問已經付款會怎麼退，還有會多久才會完全退款也沒有寫在公告上...... 折抵掉的100多塊linepoint怎麼退回也沒有寫清楚 只先全部取消訂單發了一張很爛的折價券........ （感嘆
