Now after some minutes of use, it disconnects. Have to keep replugging it. Just buy a cheap one that doesn’t do this.

It didn’t help solve my problem
Won't work on earlier unupdateable iPad with iOS earlier than 10.3.
I have a great iPad I can't utilize because of too early an iOS than 10.3. What a shame!!

Many issues.
1-Internet status and IP adress doesn’t apper in app. 2-The internet is available but many apps and services don’t detect it. By standard they look for wifi network. Examples of issues when using in airplane mode: 1-Wifi calling by phone carrier doesn’t work. It requires Wifi. 2- Whatsapp doesn’t work with screen blocked. Only receives messages after opening the app and acknowledging the error message that there is no internet connection. The bottom line is: the ios is made for 4g and Wifi and everything is based on it. It is necessary to make the system recognize the ethernet as if it were wifi in some cases.
