Fix the app!! Bell you are getting worse. Can’t see the full camera. How long is it going to take for you guys to fix this??

I used to be able to activate from my phone and arm or disarm my home. Not able to do this anymore. Very disappointing. May have to look elsewhere for this

Used to be able to arm/disarm remotely- stopped working when they introduced home view - very disappointing

This camera system is not what I hoped for or expected. If i had read the reviews before installing it I would never have purchased it but bought another instead. Junk.

This app worked for a few months and then I went in to turn on my alarm remotely and it wasn’t connected. No error messages, just status unavailable. Reset my modems, un/reinstalled the app, still no connection. Good thing I didn’t need it for an emergency. Why doesn’t bell build in scheduled testing like google nest does to ensure it is still functioning?

I have to say that I have had great service since got security system. They notified me if there is/was a problem. Professionals all the way. Only downfall is the captured videos on my security cams are to short in length ( only about 15-17 seconds long). They added New feature (floor plan) so you can build rooms on floor plan and add motion detectors etc..

I get notifications that the outside camera has detected motion but when I log into the app to check what that motion was, I’m unable to see it. I have no idea whether it was a bird or someone unwanted on my property. Completely pointless. It also takes multiple times to sign in to the app so it’s faster to use the keypads to arm or disarm the alarm than use the app.

This app was working now it has removed the lights components icon so I can’t control my lights please fix this bug ASAP

this is one of the worst apps and company's around. its quicker to walk downstairs and disarm this system rather than trying to log in every time you want to do anything with this security system. fix this stupid app if you guys have the brains to pull it off.

This App needs to be fixed or removed immediately from offering. In the meantime the developer and/or Bell Aliant should have the professional integrity to inform its users that it is having technical issues with use on Apple Mobile devices, including those on the Bell Mobility network.
