I find the app useful for checking my holdings. However what is annoying is the requirement to re- authenticate by putting in login and password details every time after a release. In addition have to reset Face ID each time. Why can’t the app behave like other banking app where credentials are entered on download and once a Face ID or pin is set the user can log into the app using the feature that they have selected all the time regardless of whether there has been a new release.

App works great, clear and easy to use, nice and fast. Been with Bell Direct for about a decade and I much prefer this app to the website for clarity and ease of use. I use this for all orders now because it feels simpler :)

The issues reported last month have not yet been fixed. These are about an inability to login due to bugs in the opening screen. I would give Zero stars if that was possible.

I was only ever able to use app once; straight after it was installed. The next time you try to log in, you can’t because the on screen keyboard won’t minimise to allow you to press the Login button. Don’t feel like UAT was done before releasing.

Disappointing. Can’t get past login on iPhone 12 mini as the keyboard will not go away to allow me to login.
