QUICKSTARTS
Quickly and easily get into your workout or training session using our QuickStart features. Once you have started a session using the quickstart feature and it finishes, you can add additional skills or complexes and create a workout that can be saved and shared.
-LADDER: This allows you to track your rungs as you go through a ladder-style training set.
-EMOM: A simple ‘EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE’ timer at your fingertips.
-STRAIGHT SETS: quickly set up your rep and set schemes, including any rest breaks you need, and then all you have to do is follow along and do the work you program.
-CUSTOM: In this feature, you can set custom timer settings. Such as specific work-to-rest ratios, and include sets and reps if desired.
PLAN YOUR WORKOUT
Build your workouts by selecting a ‘single skill’ or ‘build your complex.’ You can choose from our preset exercise selection or add your own skill. Choose whether you have one bell or two, the weight, sets, reps, and rest period length. Once you select your skill, you can move to the mode and choose between Ladder, EMOM, straight sets, or custom. You have the option to add instructions for specifics on your skill or complex and include a link to an external video if examples are needed. After adding all the workout elements, you can start the workout and get to it or save the workout and then generate a link to share or come back to it later.
SHARE YOUR WORKOUTS
Bells is excellent for coaches and trainers to have an easy and free way to create and share workouts with athletes/students/clients. With the bells app, you can plan your workout and create a customized one you can easily share with another user.
WORKOUT HISTORY
Here you can see a log of workouts you have completed. You will see how long your workout took and a total of kilograms lifted in the session based on the weight set in the workout.
SUBSCRIPTION
You can subscribe and pay through your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. The user may manage subscriptions, and auto-renew may be turned off after purchase by going to the ‘Manage Subscription’ page in settings.

In a complicated fitness industry it’s refreshing to have something easy to use! The app mirrors the simplicity that hardstyle kettlebell training is at its core. I love being able to create programs and push them to clients that don’t involve a cluttered interface. One link to one workout that has the sets and timers all built in. The workouts can then be saved and renamed so clients have the option of repeating ones that hit the right spot for them! I opt to pay for the premium so I also get inspired by great programming!

This is the kettlebell app you need
First off, I hate programming my own workouts. After years of doing so, I absolutely abhor it. The workouts Iron Revival provide are always on point, never boring, and completely scalable. The quick start feature is extremely convenient. The workout log is decent, although the total weight moved is sometimes wildly off. I’m 99% kettlebell at this point in my life and these guys make it so much simpler to stick to. Overall, I’ll use this app until they stop updating it, which hopefully won’t be any time soon.

This app makes it easy to keep plan and keep track of my kettlebell workouts. I select my workout, push play, and follow the plan. It’s a perfect compliment to the Iron Revival YouTube channel, I can put the skills I learn into practice.

Fantastic tool
This app has helped me make my workouts much more efficient. I just hit play and I don’t have to think about the exercise type, reps or rest period. The app is pretty easy to figure out and the YouTube videos that explain the apps function and features are well produced and clear everything up.
I will advise that you create your workouts and test them well before you start your workout. You want to make sure you correct any mistakes you have made before you start your workout as it’s inefficient to fix mistakes while you are working out.

Best fitness app I’ve found thus far!!!! Most fitness apps are difficult to navigate, and anything that’s useful is behind a paywall. This app has it all, it’s easy to use, and even the monthly subscription is at a low enough price point, that it makes a lot of sense upgrading when your ready too.
