Compré un audífono la semana pasada, unos de los peores audífonos que he probado, le estado usado una semana. Se baja el volumen cuando quiere, o sea este aparato funciona cuando se le da la gana. No hablar de la calibración tengo que recurrir al local Auditron cada dos días por qué el audífono se desconfigura solo cada vez que me lo saco. Al momento de ir a trabajar este aparato te fue loco y me estresa por qué no logro tener una voz natural. No saquen audífono para personas con sordera por qué yo necesito escuchar si se cayó un alfiler o escuchar los sonidos de los pájaros para que eso? Lo que yo necesito es escuchar a las personas. Creo que Uds no entendería, hay que estar un en sus zapatos que se siente usar ese dispositivo. Beltone me ha decepcionado, llevo más de 35 años audífono y este ha sido por lejos el peor aparato auditivo.

NO BETTER
The App and Aid for iPhone constantly has phone call receivers telling me that I sound far away or too low. I’ve gone through rebooting, uninstalling, reinstalling, toggling features and volumes never improves the quality of my calls to others. I’ve even taken it to my local Beltone specialist - NO BETTER! Horrible experience for one who has hearing issues. Imagine how frustrating being hearing impaired, only to be told you can’t beat heard via phone call.

App looses connection with hearing aids too often. If you have an Apple device, you don’t need the app. I have had nothing but trouble with the app until I was told that I didn’t need it. My hearing aids haven’t lost connection with my phone since I deleted the app.
I can’t be heard
I am a 20 plus user,, and enjoy my hearing device.
But lately (developer),,, I hear the other people on the phone,,, but they can’t hear me.

My iPhone is connected to my hearing aids but the app won’t connect to my hearing aids
Since you’re most upgrade i’ve had nothing but problems with this app. The app won’t connect to my hearing aids even tho my iPhone does. Please help - fix the upgrade! Half the time my hearing aids don’t connect to the app. I keep having to turn my iPhone off and restart and then put my hearing aids on to connect. Also many Times the app connects to my iPad instead of my iPhone. This app is so buggy it’s driving me crazy. In the app I can’t control which devise I want to connect to. Seems to me this app needs a complete overhaul!
Since you’re upgrade, I can’t connect to my hearing aids at all no matter what I try. Turned my phone off and on. I have reinstalled the app nothing works. Please fix this.
