Poor customer service. Doesn’t have a number you have to submit a form and they only communicate via email. They send you forms to fill out then tell you the form is not valid for your issue so sorry about that.

I really appreciate having accessible, easy to understand information about my employer’s benefits in my pocket - quick way to just check my balance and then swipe my card.

I love using Benepass. It’s a simple app, easy on the eyes and the clicks. Love that uploading documents is easy + the category suggestions on where to spend my lifestyle stipend comes in handy!

I've been a long time Benepass user and it's been amazing! I love having the freedom of deciding how to use the money my company gives me for various reasons (wfh setup, internet/phone bill, and the occasional food allowance). Also, being able to spend money from all my account using one card is SO nice.
