Really bad app. Payment always has issues even tho the card has worked fine before
App is basic doesn’t let you change details yourself have to WhatsApp’s message and what 24 hours for information to be changed. Payments seems to stop all the time.
Can never order
Always have some note “cannot deliver due to (weather, busy, traffic, my shoes are untied)
Good UX not enough drivers
Need to work on hiring more drivers to be able to fulfil orders.

Never order from Eats. No delivery, no customer service, massively disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL
2 strikes against them: The first was when I ordered for delivery, utilized their chat services to change my order from ‘delivery’ to ‘pickup’. The chat services they provided doesn’t actually correspond with the drivers. As such my food was still collected (despite my changed instructions) and delivered to an empty house. The 2nd instance, was order food from a vendor the clearly stated that it is OPEN on the app. My order was made, the app (BENTO) charged my card. 20 minutes later I get correspondence from bento advising that the restaurant merchant is closed for services on that day and that I have to now wait 5days for refund. That is NUTS.

They deliver exactly what I crave!
If you would like to eat cold food
We ordered our food 1.5 hours ago. The driver is nowhere to be found, the app doesn’t know when food was picked up, doesn’t show where the driver is. If we simply take a taxi it’s only 15 minutes drive. But after many texts to customer service, they finally indicated the driver pick up the food, and it was 45 minutes ago. I wish I knew and never used this app. It ruined our vacation.
