Ads are longer, much longer than the energy is worth on my Apple cell. My recently broken Android played 10 second ads for energy and sometimes around 28 seconds I believe. I love the game. Played for right around 6 yrs. Now I have an Apple cell and the ads play for over 60 seconds. I became aware there is a difference in game play and game options played on Android vs Apple. Apple has more ads and longer ads than Android. Curious who controls that and why so significantly more and longer ads between the two. Can we have a fair and reasonable player voting opportunity to reduce the ad frequency and ad time? Thank you very much.

Could be a good game but two problems with their ads. First you will get bombarded with multiple popup ads from time to time. Like 4-8 popups in a row. Irritating but you can work thru it. The big ad problem is many times after watching an ad the reward (energy or gems) is not given. Very frustrating. And the in game support is all automated with no one monitoring it so no response and no resolution that way.

I liked the game at first because it had promise. I was able to get the lemur and got his energy return level up pretty good, but then the designer messed with the game and dropped his energy return all the way down to eleven! They took away all his outfits too. Then I noticed that they kept playing the same temporary islands over again which made it boring. Then they decided to force the player into watching ads which sometimes dragged you off the game to the website of the ad! But the worst aspect of the game are the pop ups! Constantly having to turn one off. Every time you make an action there goes another pop up! Irritating as all get out. Then they are always forcing you into a tutorial. Treating us like an idiot. I certainly don’t need a tutorial like a 4 year old does. Complaining falls on deaf ears and frankly I think they lost their coder(s). So bye bye- I’ll find something else to waste my time😁

Downloaded for a rewards program for another app. Uninstalled. Not worth my time. If it’s what you’re looking for, it’s not bad. But it’s cheesy. Just letting you know.

I am trying to contact support and no function and no answer , the apps in the are unavailable and always have been

I am protesting the use of 75 second ads!!! How rude!! I spend more time enduring adds like Royal Match , 2 solitaires, and Toy blast or something, they WILL NEVER get my time. I’ve come to loathe when I see them start! You buy the ad time and have to get them to have players watch their games; it’s how you get paid. But C’MON!! It makes me quit your game, I’ve deleted this game twice, along with Figgerits, and so on. Please reconsider, I’d be much more likely to play and watch the 30 second ads,others offer and fast forward them after 15 seconds. Thanks for the updates and bug fixes, and for hearing when a loyal player writes.

My game has been down for 4 day I push the icon to turn it on it comes up blank and shuts down !

My game is tuck in a screen and even after I go out and back in it still is frozen on the tutorial.
