The app doesn’t even work. It just freezes up when taking the picture

The fact that this app is so useless to a the reason for canceling my subscription.

As soon as the camera comes up and detect my body the app shuts off very frustrating and make me want to end the entire subscription.

I was trying to sign up for a promotion, but whenever I would download the app and try to take a picture of myself, it would freeze and crash the app and send me to the homepage my phone.

This app is apparently not a working app for most of us. When i open it it doesn’t let me login. It automatically takes me to a page to fill in my height and it forces me to take a picture of myself. I can’t opt out or skip or go to the login page. I’ve tried deleting the app and closing it like 10 times but no go. Trash app.

I’ve tried to use this app several times, and you can’t get past the login. I’d rather not have it thinking about getting out of this whole group just because of the app.

Don’t get it. Force opens your camera and stays there. Or it crashes.

Took the steps requested when first opening the app. Then it opens the camera and does nothing; just leaves the camera on the screen. Tried deleting and re-installing and still, it launches into the camera with no back button, settings, nothing; just an open camera. This app is broken.

I pasted every step until it brought up a camera, in which I allowed the app access to use. As soon as the camera detects my body when I go up to a mirror, the app immediately closes, sometimes giving me a black screen before it is closed. I tried deleting and redownloading the app but I still had the same issue. This app is literally broken.

Very bad app, you can sign in and make an account measure your body length and all that but won’t let you past that step
