Best compass
This is the best compass I've ever had for my iPhone. I use it in True north setting and I've checked it with an expensive compass and it is always spot on. In True North setting it sets it for the proper magnetic declination for the location you're in. With an iPhone swing your phone around in a figure 8 to calibrate your phone. I'm an amateur astronomer and this app is a huge help.
Compass upside down
iPad Air 4: With location services off the compass rose points to South instead of North. Even with location services on it seems to be about about 10-20 degrees west of north. It might work with a specific model, but not with an iPad Air 4.
