There is no way booking neither on App or website. It is really interesting that they don’t do anything. Always getting error on booking. No need to download the App. I have already deleted.

Cant book in app, cant book in website. Just getting a generic error message telling booking cannot be completed. No idea why… Definitely terrible user experience in both website and app

The pricing needs to be adjusted for elite membership all other companies take care of their highest level members. 2025 needs to have changes or I will be considering other options for my foundation board members to stay.

Every time I use the app it doesn’t recognize my password and I have to change it, then it doesn’t work the next time I try to use it so it’s a never ending password loop.

This app is SUPER annoying. You have to log in everytime you open the app. What? Why? That is unless you set-up Face ID….so I am supposed to trust my biometric details to an app that can’t remember who I am? Silly.

I have stayed at many hotels through the years and never had I had to pay a parking fee when the company itself owns the parking property. Go ahead and nickel and dime the guests and see how long you stay in business there. I won’t be back here at BW Tides Orange Beach, AL

Whatever the quality of the app itself, it forced me to do an update while I was on the road with limited gigabytes of network use. At least, give us the option to update later, like Walmart.

The app is an effective shortcut to reliable and acceptable rates.

Unfortunately, Apple allows for the ratings and reviews to be about the hotels rather than restricting content to addressing the functionality of the app itself. Otherwise, I don’t believe that the app would have such high ratings. Key to this review is the iPad functionality of the app. Easily 95% of iPad users use their device only in landscape mode and, more often than not, with a keyboard. Trying to use an iPad in portrait mode like a giant cell phone is incredibly cumbersome which is why it is a mode rarely employed. While the app description claims it works on iPad, unless it is designed to function in landscape mode, and unless it provides all the functionality of the company’s website, it is basically useless to prospective customers. Best Western seems to endeavor to provide an above par experience for their customers. I look forward to that attention to detail being brought to bear with the iPad version of their app.
