Up until a few days ago I was able to get points from ads. Now after watching the ad I get nothing but some type of error! Please fix!

Disappointed in app not content
Ad rewards stopped functioning with no response from support. While the content is enjoyable the app is flaky.
New Problem
App worked fine until 48 hours ago. Now every time I click the “watch ad” and watch the video, it does not give me the free coins or let me watch the next video, it says that the requirements are not met. I watched the entire ad but still nothing. I tried multiple times and even closed the app down. This is TWO days in a row that I have been unable to earn free coins through watching ads

A lot of foreign videos and very slow to release new videos
I give it a half star at best
The stories and acting is poor at best. Each byte is approximately a minute long. A total waste of money.

I paid for a subscription, and regret it. They have very few releases of new titles, and half of the ones they release are available on other sites- so very few exclusives. Very disappointing and a waste of money.
