The first issue is that you often have to force close the app in order to make it do even the simplest commands. But definitely the biggest issue is every time I lose power or the hot tub is unplugged for some reason, I have to delete and then reinstall the app and add the hot tub… so basically starting everything over from scratch. This takes about 20 minutes. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but I consider myself medium tech savvy and it’s definitely not intuitive.
The repeat timer doesn’t work. App useless.
Was able to connect no problem fresh out of the box. About 6 weeks later all of a sudden the app disconnected from the network and is impossible to reconnect no matter what I’ve tried. When the app did work, it was not user-friendly at all. The timing feature was super confusing And didn’t seem to ever work. Because the app doesn’t work, I have to physically turn on the filter and the heat. Defeats the purpose of buying something that has Wi-Fi enabled.
This is the worst app. It won’t connect to WiFi. It doesn’t work on 5G. If you get an error code the buttons won’t work on the pump. You will have to shut power down at the outlet, once back on your app removes the it and you have to start all over again I have not been able to get it to reconnect to even use. I get an error code daily. Such a waste of time and energy.
The timer function is a great feature, but I have never been able to get it to run more than once. I have deleted and created it many times, with almost identical results. If someone has figured this out, please let me know.
The app may work but not with a 5g
I have an account. I got a new phone and when I entered my email and password it said it was incorrect. I clicked the “forgot password?” and entered my email that I’ve always used, it says it has sent me an email…but I received nothing. I have checked my junk/spam mail as well. I then tried to sign up again, but it says that email already has an account. it sounds like there has been a lot of recent changes that has caused some issues on the app. I wonder if this is one of those issues as well. I’m not sure why my password is not working because I have not updated it either.
The problem with the app is, you can only do one thing and it’ll work. Try doing something else or the same thing and it just doesn’t do anything. You have to shut the app down and restart it and then it’ll work again. In other words you can turn the air on, but you can’t turn it off. You have to close the app open the app again, wait until it connects, and then you can turn off the air. This applies to all the other features too. very frustrating. I hope they can fix it because they sell over 500 of these on Amazon every month you’d think they could borrow a little investment into their app they might sell 1000.
Since the last update in early July, 2024, I am unable to create a schedule on my phone and have it run on my hot tub. Something broke in the last update and needs to be fixed. Please fix
