I have gone as far as level 1151 and it has said for some time now that more levels are coming soon. Love to play Beswitched so is there any way to start game over from the beginning?

I love to play this game but they need to add more levels it been two months . And still no level.
I downloaded Beswitched on my iPhone and had no problem doing so, however ever time it goes through the process of opening when I press PLAY..., is get a Message that states “Oops ....Unexpected Error...Continue” and then it sends me on a continuous loop and reopens and downloads and it just continues over and over again in this same cycle!! I have removed it and have attempted to downs load it hoping for success but it just keeps doing it over and over again. Any suggestions???
I would play this non stop. It’s so fun to decorate at personalize your own castle. Highly recommend it!!
