Description

With Stockholm City's payment service BetalaP, you can pay for parking on on street and Stockholm Parking's parking garages and surface parking directly in your mobile.
A novelty is that you can now also see service days on the city streets.

To be able to use Pay P, you need to register a user account.
No service fees are added, pay only for your time used.

To start a parking, select the taxi / area code and end time.

I BetalaP
- Pay only for the time you park, extend or end your visitor parking whenever you want.
- Do you have a residential parking permit? Then you can pay for your residential parking via the app.
- You can get a push notice before the parking expires.
- You can pay for several vehicles at the same time and create personal names and symbols for each of the vehicles.
- Receipt of completed parking can be sent to you via email. Receipts can also be downloaded afterwards, in the app or via the web service ""My pages"".
- Navigate to the selected address, charging station for electric vehicles, motorcycle parking, bus parking, parking for the disabled or to the parking garage via Betala P's new search function with map.

Helt värdelös app. Går inte att betala utan att manuellt fylla i kortuppgifter och ingen Apple Pay. Var tvungen att parkera nån annan stans. Vilken annan app som helst använder ju keychain för att fylla i kort.

Bra när den fungerar

Påstod felaktigt att jag ej hade internet när jag satt på restaurangen. Funkade fint när jag gått tillbaka till bilen. Dåligt!

A disgrace

Stockholm is a lovely city. This app is embarrassingly poor. Not user friendly and breaks every time a new card is added. So you are unable to pay for parking with it. Don’t bother, use the machines.

Couldn’t add credit card

App provides option to add credit card, but then it’s impossible to add credit card details. Couldn’t use app so ended up parking somewhere else

Difficult to use...

Even here I cannot leave this page when I want.... And now I have to give my name as well. This is the worse parking app in the world

Awful!

This app is terrible. The old app allowed you to choose the amount of parking down to the minute. This app has a spin wheel that seems to only allow you to choose half hourly and hourly increments. You end up paying more for parking as a result. Also, the notification set for 15 minutes before my parking time was due to end, did not work for me and I ended up with a fine. It would be useful if the app could alert users to street cleaning times so that penalties could be avoided. But no, that would be too useful. I do not see any reason for this upgrade. Please review this new user UNFRIENDLY app Stockholm Stad!

Ugliest app I’ve seen in ages

Poor UX, terrible design, unclear error messages, full of bugs

Poorly written app, full of bugs

As the title says, this app is useless. Registering a debit card (Swedish with BankID), fails every time I’ve tried. Cryptic errors given and no information from the developers. Perhaps they do not want people to register their cards so that they can earn money on parking tickets instead?
