They blocked my account
They blocked my acccount. Bought the API key for the exchange and had my own account. They blocked it and the customer service does not help in any way. They do not even tell you the reason why it was blocked

Doesn’t work on iPad
The app stopped working at the end of Dec 2024 on iPad. During authentication there seems to be a pop up or something which the iPad can’t read so you just get a blank white screen which you can’t get past
Good, but not great
I’ve been using this app for years and on the whole it’s good, a couple of things prevent it from getting 5* I’m sure this has been raised countless times, but would it please be possible to have a landscape option for the iPad version of the app? Is it possible on the iPad version of the app to go full screen for race streams from Racing TV courses like you can with Attheraces courses? Thanks
App not working after Face ID sign in
The app goes to a blank screen after signing in with face ID so the app is unusable.
App not loading
After years of using mobile Exchange app without problem it now won’t load. No prompt to login, just a spinning wheel. Sorts book fine on phone and Exchange ok on laptop. Nothing seems to fix it.
Live video icon disappeared!( horse racing)
Very strange that the live video icon has disappeared when you Log in, have to disable WiFi go back into the app and than go into meetings and click on live video for it to work. This is also the case with the greyhound racing! Any ideas why?
App not be trusted
I can’t recommend this company at all. I’ve had several bets that have simply disappeared in the ether. The rewards system doesn’t seem to work either.
Love sports and a wee punt makes it more exciting

Nice app but prefer the web experience
I've removed the app because it loses position after navigating away and coming back from a browser. If this can be resolved I would much prefer to use it.
