The 8 weeks consist of 5 videos, once you’ve completed the first week there is no new footage. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. The content is ok but as already mentioned by others you could pick 5 videos off YouTube and repeat those for 8 weeks.
The app is very basic. You buy an 8 week ‘course’ which is just the same 4 videos over & over. Which does get a bit samey quickly. The workouts themselves are good but the videos are amateur. She doesn’t explain anything about the exercise or what’s coming next so you have to keep pausing the video to get prepared & they are just filmed in her kitchen. You could probably find similar videos on YouTube for free. There are better workout apps out there.
Love Beth and follow her on Instagram. Her fashion is incredible. Her story is incredible. And the work outs are incredible. I did have to knock off a star as I thought each week the work outs might differ slightly but it’s just the same ones each week which I wasn’t aware of. So it’s just 5 work outs essentially. The 5 work outs are fab though. Just wish there were more than just the same ones each week
