Bethpage Mobile Banking

I find the Bethpage mobile application extremely intuitive to use. It is very functional in terms of enabling my banking needs.

Always received excellent service. The personnel or always very courteous and helpful.

I have been with BFCU for almost 9 yrs - having switched from a larger Commercial Bank. Every interaction with Branch employees has been not only a positive experience- but they are extremely knowledgeable, helpful & polite - it seems like you’re dealing with “an old friend” - Years ago - I applied for a Home Equity LOC & was amazed how fast it was processed …I tell all my friends to go with BFCU - “they’re always (All Ways) there for you”…maybe you can use that slogan in your next advertisement .. :) Kudos to all your branch employees:)

If i can give them 0 starts i would. You guys don’t make members aware of when you guys are doing maintenance on the app. I am currently out and can’t even take money out my account. HORRIBLE communication. Will be looking elsewhere to put my money.

This app template is used by many financial institutions. Bethpage’s version is harder to navigate and transferring externally is maddening. I have not figured out how to do it. IMO the app needs a lot of work.

Plz make it possible for your patrons to renew cd’s to 10 and 11 month cds on your web site

This app does too much and makes transactions much more complicated than they need to be from having to text me security codes for a transfer of five dollars between accounts to locking my account. The second I lose Wi-Fi. This app is a horror to try to use.

Many years ago when my husband joined Bethpage federal credit union , I became a member also after our marriage. I have dealt with other banks in the past but never none like Bethpage. Bethpage treats us like a good family. If I should tell you of the benefits of being a member with this bank I wouldn’t stop writing. Bethpage is a strong tower, you can lean on them . They are faithful, they got your back and my husband and I have proven this over and over throughout the years. The challenges we faced in our job situations , our highs and lows , Bethpage still got our backs. Bethpage is like our favorite toothpaste, because it never fails ,it always comes through for us in a very tight squeeze. Thanks Bethpage,for all you do in the past,present, and in the future. 🙏🏾
