I am a new customer and it took just one order to become hooked. I am in love with all my purchases. I get so many compliments. The exclusively Betsy items are so amazing that I bought the tie top dress pants in 3 different colors. Shipping is incredibly fast! My wish list just keeps getting longer!

I love this cute little boutique! I’m a teacher and have loved everything I’ve got from here. I’ve told several of my coworkers who have asked where some of my clothing items are from. I love the daily deals too!

This shop has the cutest styles out of any online/app boutique. They are so unique and the quality is great. However, shipping is hit or miss and customer service is not responsive which is very frustrating .

Style, comfort, color, selection, sizing, sales, communication-this boutique has it all! I love that I can purchase an entire matching outfit here!! The website/app and checkout are easy peasy! The models are gorgeous and certainly add to the grace, style and beauty of the clothes and accessories IMO. I have no desire to shop anywhere else!

When you open the app it says to download the newest version of the app but there is no update available. It never loads anything.

Is there a glitch?? The app stopped working a few weeks ago. It keeps telling me to update. I have the latest update. Why won’t it work???

I have used this app for a while and lately, it keeps telling me to download the most updated version but I have and it still won’t open. I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still gives me the same issue. Definitely affecting my purchasing as I do not like using the website because it’s not as quick for checkout. Looks like others are having the same issue. Please fix this so we can enjoy the convenience the app is supposed to provide.

I love this shop, but for the past few weeks the app says I do not have the latest version so I can’t use it :(. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and it still doesn’t work. I hope they can get it fixed soon!
