Can never connect to the internet
App almost always says “Not connected to the internet” even though I have a perfect signal on my phone and all my other apps can connect just fine.

Order took too long
20 minute wait for regular cup of black coffee!
Perfect stop
Staff are so friendly! This Location was so cute and we had a great time enjoying this location with my family visiting the town.
Terrible experience
This app is c**p. I had a bad time. My coffee was ready at 10:50 minutes after the app told me it would be ready at 10:30. I ordered at 10:03. So 47 minutes total wait. Also no in app support it sends me to a webpage that tells me to email them. Terrible experience
“Verify phone number glitch”
There needs to be a back button when you verify details. It wont let me escape this page.

I would give five stars but the long wait time for pre orders is disappointing

Terrific espresso drinks, pastries. Very stunning aesthetics. Lovely upgrade from what felt like 2004 to 2024.
