I am pretty hard on my body with weightlifting and running. I knew I needed consistency with stretching for better mobility & flexibility. Came across this app and in just one month, not only do I look forward to my 10 minutes of self care but I feel a difference overall! I recommend the weekly routines to absolutely everyone!
