Gah! I’ve had to log in 5 times inside the app to open a feature.

Can’t book any activities since Christmas. Ended up thru web page.

Awful! All I want to do is book a swim, totally refusing to allow me to log on, I’ve been trying for an hour and given up, find somewhere else to swim maybe!

Super easy to use don’t understand the negative reviews

This app claims to have “updates” regularly fixing issues and such, but won’t load anything. This app isn’t organised well and it’s difficult to find the tab/thing you want. I use this app for ice skating btw. I would use another website but my local rink is only linked to better… If you want to save yourself from crashing out try and find an alternate website asap. The 1.6 ⭐️ rating tells you everything you need to know!!!!!

This app seldom works. Most of the time it’s just showing a spinner when trying to book something.

This app is so badd don’t use ts Nothing ever loads and I have great wifi So the app is near unusable and the developer should be fired

The app works okay for me, albeit slow, but I only pay as I go rather than having a paid membership. As such I don’t get a physical membership card, I have to scan the barcode in the app. My suggestion is for the devs to make it possible to add said barcode to my apple wallet. The app also always requires internet access to show the barcode (no cache), which is spotty near the centre I visit. Apple Pay functionality within to pay for sessions would also be nice.

Doesn’t help in any way. Difficult to find how to book classes. If I look for swimming. You will get kids classes. For Aqua Aerobics you would think is a swimming activity, but it’s not. Try searching for Aqua Aerobics - nothing comes up. Additionally, I’ve been charged for a no show for a class that I haven’t booked. I have booked and attended 2 classes. They have now locked me out of booking classes! Because £3 is owing. They have not responded to my numerous emails,texts etc for explanation. Only standard response that don’t explain. The worst behaviour I have ever experienced from a club. Most unpleasant and uncaring about their members. Pity I had to give a star at all.

Absolute nightmare from the start. The app didn’t recognise password so I tried to reset password, the reset password link kept taking me back to book a lesson. Absolutely frustrating!!!!
