Limited for renters
The app is fine for paying rent and submitting maintenance requests, but not much else. First, you can’t have more than one login or profile per unit, which is silly. It means that couples or roommates can’t all be included in email correspondence or have their own login. Second, payment methods can’t be stored, so you have to enter account and routing numbers or credit card info every month, which is a pain. Third, there’s no access to your lease or other documents, as a previous app our complex used had. That feature is very handy when needing proof of residency for school registration, drivers license applications, etc. This is just a basic, not super convenient, way to pay rent + a “convenience” fee. It could be so much better for renters, though, with some consideration and modifications.
