When can you use your BetterRxCard? You cannot use it with your insurance during the same transaction but anytime you are paying 100% of the cost of your prescription out of your pocket would be a perfect time to use BetterRxCard. Examples include; no or limited insurance, underinsured, or when your insurance doesn’t cover your medication.
