There are a few things you can try but there are like 3 or 4 thing’s free and for the rest you need to pay. I downloaded this app when I saw this Ad on YouTube and it talked about that “green sound” or something to get you’re mind “offline” I wanted to try it but you need to pay. I don’t really use this app much because for a big part of it you need to pay, so yea….

Just had my first night with BetterSleep. Fell asleep quickly and woke up feeling like i had a better sleep than usual.

You have to pay for like literally everything

Wanna know your sleep score, listen to any of your recordings, or have the choice out of more than 1 bed time story? You have to pay. Definitely not worth it. Only thing you can see are your sleep phases which is okay I guess.
