日本のストアではレビュー数少ないけども海外では数千件レビューあるアプリです。UIは日本語化されてるので期待を込めてレビューします。 ざっくりいうと、食事入力・記録、睡眠(ストレスや回復度合い)、その日の調子からの運動レコメンド、トレーニングの入力ができます。 そのため複数の課金アプリをここに集約しました。海外製なのでバーコードで一発判定や料理写真から正確な判定はまだなのかもしれません(精度的には大手アプリよりはまし、Geminiより劣るくらいの印象) それでも料理の中の食材見つけて登録してくれるくらいには精度あったり、iHerbなどの海外サプリはほぼ完璧。謎に生協や日本の牛乳などは読み込めたりします。バーコード検索に出ないものは登録の流れに従って栄養素部分を撮って、正面写真撮ってマイフードに登録すれば良しとしてます。 私は厳密な食事管理などはしておらず、ざっくり上記のことをまとめて一つでできたら、アップルのヘルスケアやフィットネスと連携できればよかったので満足してます。 2週間はフル機能でお試しできるので使い倒して見るのがおすすめです。何気にaiチャットが便利です。

ChatGPTで食事写真分析したものより30%くらいカロリーが少なめ。 毎回出てくる何があったかで睡眠騒音など意味不明。

プロテイン名やファミレスのメニュー、コンビニ商品はほぼ出てこないので、食事入力はこれからな印象。 あすけんや、my fitness palの方が遥かに入力しやすいので、この部分が改善されればトータル管理アプリとしてはレベルが高くなりそう。

食事の記録が、もう少し改善されればかなり◎ バーコード検索も画像からの認識もいまいちパッとしない。 別にうまく認識しないのはいいとして、自分でPFCを、入力する機能を追加してくれれば自分で記録するので、早急にに対応してほしい。

The app has most of the features I wanted. I love to see the energy metrics. the UI is clean and beautiful, and the widgets are also great. But personally, the subscription is a little too expensive for me,,, and I wish it had a one-time purchase plan for those who love these kind of apps, but don't like the idea of subscription.

I don’t leave a lot of review but here I feel like I have to. It’s a beautiful App that does a lot of things smartly. But what really sets this app apart is the customer service and development. You think you have an idea for a feature that might add to the app? Submit it and users can vote. If enough votes it gets developed!! Great app overall

Can’t find how to enter my weight!!

So I have a Apple watch and I was looking into getting a Garmin or a Whoop due to the lack of features for fitness and recovery tracking by Apple with the Apple Watch. But I downloaded Bevel signed up for the Trial and I love it. Honestly makes my life and my health visible on a single app synced to my Apple Watch. I would rate 5/5 stars. I mean the app knows I’m on a calorie deficit without telling it. I love it and will definitely keep paying for this app.

There is nothing i can do with free version. Buying whoop is better than paying $5 for this app. I already invested $1000 on watch. Paying $5 ontop of that is expensive compared to whoop being $20 per month including the device.

Way better than anything I’ve used, all of it, all in the same place. One thing that’s annoying is that you cannot adjust aspects of your recipe once you submit it!
