I finally bought my first order almost 3 months ago now. After about a month of waiting, I finally got my package only to find the item I wanted the most was not in there. Emailed them and they said they would send me that wax plus some. Well after ANOTHER MONTH of waiting I finally got that package. Only to open it and find the item I wanted the most still not in the package. After writing again serval times they started to ignore me and have not emailed back. To my surprise I find another package has been sent that I did not know about. Skeptical but still excited to see why I originally paid for and wanted to be in that box. NOPE again still not what o wanted or order or anything. A duplicate of one of the make up items I didn’t even want that was still not wax melts. After emails and fb messages nothing. So I suggest you save the money the time and the hassle and go somewhere else. Because this company is a joke. Especially when the item I originally bought was posted on fb of a mass production they made of it and still couldn’t manage to just send me what I paid for and wanted. Complete joke.
