Wish that volume control could return
I love the meditations, however i miss the old layout. Before there was a feature to control both the volume of the meditation words and the music. Otherwise its a good app.

Fantastic App. Everyone NEEDS to try it out.
I strongly urge any of you who may struggle with aches and pains, anxiety or who are just in need of a decent rest & relaxation meditation. This mediation series has elevated my overall well-being and has helped me remain calm and relaxed. Again, a brilliant and truly magic experience. Thank you for making life a joy again.

Excellent app. Very simple design but easy to use and really helpful.

I find this really calming and it helps me fall asleep. I also bought the anxiety meditation and find that really useful too.
Terrible.
This lady's voice is not conducive to relaxation. Her pronunciation is clipped and stern. She almost sounds like a teacher giving you a telling off. I would not recommend this app unless the voice is changed.
Love it so far..
Brilliant calming app with positive affirmations spoken to you by a soothing voice with lovely background music. Really helped me relax. I have only got the free guided meditation so far as to purchase any more is I think quite pricey at £4.99.
Perfect App
I am very happy with this App as am using it for my Fibromyalgia disorder and it's helping me to sleep and relax It works brilliantly and I will get all the other sessions soon. Well done & thank you for your great work. Suna Sammour.

I love this series of apps. Barbara's charming voice, both comforting and reassuring, gently guides the listener through a unique and powerful healing using her three-part affirmation sequence, comprising releasing statements, empowering questions and positive healing affirmations. The background music by Thaddeus is restful and perfectly complements Barbara's voice. Each app concentrates on a specific emotional issue/part of the body, making them ideal for each person's individual healing. I am finding Barbara's affirmations life-enhancing. Using them daily I certainly feel I am shifting 'stuck stuff' and helping to restore a healthy energy flow. A high-quality recording which is very easy to use. A brilliant feature is that the volume control can be changed independently for the voice and music. Highly recommended. Yes!Yes!Yes!
Beautiful and so healing!
What a beautiful creation! The app is really easy to use, beautiful to look at and the guided meditations are so soothing and relaxing. I can't wait to download the other meditations in the app.
Issue with app
The app just redownloaded a new version 10/1/24 and the app has been changed and I can no longer use it. The voice saying the affirmations is has been slowed down in speed and it takes too long to even say a sentence with the new slowed down voice. Also the screen is not stretched out and looks distorted. I tried to contact app support but the link does not function. Please fix this app so it is functional or refund my money. Thank you.
