Phone app locks you out if you don’t log onto the website every so often

The app does everything I need however every few years the app locks me out and I have to call the call centre to unlock/reset the app. Why?!? I don’t have this issue with any other banking app!

Doesn’t fit, and fingerprint never works

Why, after the latest update, do we now have to swipe to see the balance?! Kinda defeats the whole purpose of a quick balance. Annoying. I’d just be happy if the info would fit when using in landscape on my iPad. SO annoying. And it’d be good if the fingerprint would work. It waits till I go to put in my pin and then pops up to request it. Grrrr

Stop changing just for the sake of it… If you want to make it REALLY versatile, then let customers make the default page the accounts, instead of the extra rubbish and adverts!!

I have been using this App for a couple of years and must confess that it is one of the best banking / financial apps around. Effective, makes sense and has a nice functional look. Congratulations to the IT team! :)

New update issues?

The app is usually great, but in the last few weeks I am finding problems with transactions not showing at all on my debit account so the balance does not reflect the true balance. Some transactions are taking up to two weeks to appear. Today I checked my account and a supermarket transaction from two days ago (which was showing yesterday) is no longer there and the balance is incorrect! This issue is risking me accidentally using funds I don’t have in that account and potentially overdrawing the account. Not good at all!!

App works well but lacks a few basic features like iOS widgets, push notifications for transactions without having to attach another account for SMS which I don’t want. Otherwise good for basics

Can’t view login passcode whilst entering

Need the “show” characters option for when entering password so you can see if you e spelt it correctly especially when using reset function. Also unable to go back and print a single transaction if you didn’t print at the time of transferring / paying bill

Can’t even get it to work on my new phone. I’ve never had trouble with this app until today . Worst app. On my Samsung I had no problems but the app itself has been changed and is no different to an online computer app like it used to be years ago. If I could rate 0 I would. 2 of my sons are having the exact same problem. We rely heavily on this app . Well at least we used to . Why mess with something that didn’t need to in the first place!!

I have tried to verify my documents using the app multiple times and it just won’t do it. I’ve taken clear pictures of passport and drivers license and typed in Medicare card details, and it doesn’t work. Terrible UX
