Physical and mental wellbeing are non-negotiable to maintain our health and rather than wait until we need specialist support we owe it to ourselves and our children to take simple steps now, every day that feel good, to ensure a more resilient future for our families.
This training and guide uses mindfulness and more to help keep mental and emotional wellbeing in balance, ease the transition into parenting and cope with the worries and challenges of this time.
Starting from pregnancy through the first few years of parenthood for all parents and caregivers, this is professionally created to improve mental coping skills for both professionals and parents alike.
The topics covered include Nurture, Emotions, Connections, Healing, Nourish and Transformation
The techniques used are Mindfulness, CBT, Journaling, Affirmations and Audios to soothe, calm and inspire.
Training:
If you work with (or would like to work with) pregnant couples or new parents, and care about their mental wellbeing, then this is for you.
This is an ideal opportunity for you to enhance the great work you do (or want to start doing) and deepen the relationship your parenting community has with you whilst managing and maintaining their mental wellbeing and subsequently their babies. Continuity of connection is at the heart of what we do.

Anyone working with parents should consider bringing mental wellbeing practices into their practice as a non negotiable; because of the current situation, but also because we owe it to our clients to help them to help themselves with their mental wellbeing at such an uncertain, transitional time in their lives.
Beyond Birth Sessions and Guide are Preventative, to Protect and Preserve Parental mental health by bringing in simple, effective and enjoyable practices into daily life.
The training is both educational and enjoyable! It’s for your self development as much as the people you work with. Even if you’re super busy you can start now with self paced training videos and a supportive collective community and then you can begin running sessions as soon as you want to. Sound good?

The download of Beyond Birth is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use Beyond Birth app, we offer one of the following options:

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.
