They stole my money!!!
They should be called Beyond Unacceptable. They stole my money!!! I sent them item back and they issued me with a store credit. Of course they also charged $10 for a return shipment. So when I tried to use this gift card it said it is invalid. I contacted them and they told me that they are sorry but the code expires after 90 days and there is nothing they can do. Wait, what???? Are you kidding me? Of course there is EVERYTHING that the can do including issuing a new store credit for the amount that I paid them or just simply issuing a refund since I didn’t find anything interesting in their website for 90 days and more. They decided to steal my money instead. Not smart and not ethical. I am not letting anybody to steal even a 1 cent from me!
