If you are stressed even an 8-minute usage of any level track will help to relax you.
The Alpha and Theta wave level tracks are fantastic for creativity, focus and concentration, for study and work.

Excellent app for all meditators

Simple but powerful meditation app. The interface is not flashy but the content is powerful. I love the ability to select different ambient tracks - most people will have their favorites so it's great to be able to select yours. I've even used this app at work and find it really helps me concentrate. Seasoned meditators as well as newbies will find benefits from this program.
