app needs improvement especially the apple carplay app. quite clunky and sometimes unresponsive

Prefer Apple podcast, not this app
The podcast update is removed from perfectly functioning podcast app by apple. Now you rollback to BFM app which had been regressed. I can’t even have basic view of all podcast to nitpick what I need, download and listen whenever I need, offline or online. I thought these were basic functions of a podcast app? -March 2023 Now August 2023 with latest update it has gone from bad to worse. Previously I can still download the podcast as audio file relatively easily then I listen to it file by file (tedious but bearable) Now with your current new downloadable update, I can only listen from your app. I have to scroll and re-scroll just to download few last week podcast to listen to offline. It was so challenging that I wanted to delete the app immediately. I’m beggging BFM, just reinstate the Apple podcast which works perfectly for me previously. Now I have no way around this problem. In the meantime. Please allow download from the website.
Ad Presentation
Concerned that ads are presented with the same look and feel of iOS, which creates an impression of issue with device, when in actual fact there was none. The fact that the ad is able to read the device type is intrusive and causes privacy and security concerns.
Great business station
Please develop an app for Apple Watch. It is so troublesome to bring my phone along when I go for my run just to listen to BFM!
Good app but lack Shortcut automation
There are some use cases where I want the app to start playing the Live radio when it’s connected to my car/helmet Bluetooth.
Laggy, slow response
APP is great but very laggy and slow response, need to click or tap the phone many times before an episode can load
The old app is much better

Superb business news daily
Cannot click play
Videos cannot play on HOME menu. Especially the ones I followed
Old App better
The new app seems difficult to navigate and play podcasts. I can’t play a podcast unless i download them first. Also, i am unable to find the newest podcasts. I have to go to individual categories. IOS user here.
