BFT Performance

I cannot recommend the guys at BFT any more. I was very hesitant, 52 and having not exercised in 3 years due to long COVID. Within days of arriving at BFT Battersea I was hooked. The atmosphere is so inclusive, so encouraging, inspiring, safe, fun…everything a gym should be. Charlie and his team make everyone so welcome - it really feels like a family and it puts a smile on my face every day! X

Can’t look at previous workouts

I have been talking about “going back to the gym” for ages. Finally did it, don’t know why I procrastinated! I’m feeling fabulous and loving the sessions!

No Apple Health integration

App is terrible. Sessions and results don’t link. I’ve done over 300 session for one gold apparently. Terrible app. NFT though.. great!

What is the point of this app? It has only a handful of exercises on there. Cannot track history and weights performed. A whole lot of rubbish badges and nonsense, give the members a real app to work with if you’re serious about delivering a service. Not seeing anything better here.

Love the new gym and this app is a great start but I wish that each workout automatically imports to Apple Fitness/Health. I remember the OTF app used to do this automatically after each session finishes. All important stats also imported automatically. This will allow me to not have to wear my apple watch during training (it sometimes gets in the way). I currently have to wear both my watch and my cubed monitor. I also notice that it sometimes takes a while before the workout data gets uploaded. The social bit of the app needs work too but that’s no priority.

Nothing but issues since the app change over. Status has gone backwards and shouldn’t have. Some people jumped up to Elite when they should be Athlete. If it’s not going to work accurately get rid of it! Badges don’t update and are a useless feature. Why is the app separate to the booking app?!

Would be really handy if this could link to Apple HealthKit. It’s not that difficult to implement, and many members would find this feature really beneficial, particularly because the Apple watch is terrible at recognising when we start a workout and many of the challenge items have to do with steps and tracking other health items.

Not very happy with the usability of the app. Into week two of the app, and I get frequent errors when accessing the app “something went wrong” an unknown error occurred. Restarted apps, closed all background apps and restarted phone.
