此应用程式旨透过提供制定个人化的运动计划，包括呼吸运动、肌肉强化运动和伸展运动，改善心肺功能和提升肌肉力量。另外，可配合由香港理工大学康复治疗科学系研发的肺功能感测器套件，为用户提供全面身体状况的监测。
- 具内置的心率监测，及使用者自我记录运动的辛苦程度，以记录使用者在运动前、后的情况
- 研究人员会根据使用者的自我汇报资料及状况，调整运动强度
- 制定合适的运动计划
- 有语音以及视频指导
- 另配合由肺功能感测器套件监测使用者的肺功能 （由研究人员额外提供）
- 设有安全机制。透过监测使用者的身体状况，如发现使用者当天身体不适合做运动，会停止使用者继续运动
