Since joined as a Wellness member I have enjoyed Suzy’s classes she a runs helpful and happy class.

Took ten minutes to book two classes this morning at 7am! Ridiculous! The system kept saying error or timed out. The booking system is not fit for purpose & cannot cope with the amount of people booking at the same time. It never used to be like this when you used to book a class with the previous system which did not mean you had to get up by 7am just to book a space. Have given the same review previously & everyone in my classes says the same but obviously the system will Never change so we just have to put up with it!!! It’s VERY stressful just trying to book a class & so unnecessary as the system need not be like this! I’ve been a member for over 20 years & previously with Fitness first we NEVER experienced this problem!

I have found these excellent! The standard is as easy or challenging as you would like it to be. Not too many of us in the splash pool so enough space to exercise well.

There is no where to set up my account.

It is impossible to book classes as the app is not able to cope with the volume trying to get on

Easy to understand and use, I’m new and am enjoying the different options and classes.

The app doesn’t work properly and still trying to charge me for booking even though I am a member!

I find it really difficult to switch clubs. Often I can’t find the clubs I want to book for. Very clunky

Since the app upgrade us is difficult to book classes first thing in the morning. Hopefully this is just a glitch

Latest app constantly locks sessions or errors occur. So frustrating
