B&H sold me 10k worth of RCF speakers. They were 110v and sold me them to a 230V country with 3pin UK plugs, with no option to select 230V at checkout. All the speakers blew and B&H refuse to help, and ask me to contact the manufacturer. Crappy service and crappy attitude, not professional conduct. Buyers be aware!

Basically, I absolutely love with B&H store, B&H online store (website), and B&H the App. I do. But one of the main advantages of surfing an app over a website must be the fact that you can save your shopping cart for later. Why does my SHOPPING CART GET EMPTY every time I switch between apps? I saved about 25 items that were difficult to find one-by-one. They were crucial for my photography business. But now have to do it again. Please B&H, fix this.

Apart from the excellent range of products and very good prices, the site provides a full range of information in the specification section of each product, something which is actually quite unusual in the Internet sites and makes it a pleasure to make decisions about product purchases.
