No NRI support

Axis touts wealth management for NRI's but still doesn't offer UPI registration from foreign numbers or support NRO or NRE accounts for UPI apps.

Not working for US numbers

Unlike their competitors such as ICICI bank , this app does not registering with US numbers.

Unable to obtain a UPI

Several times over many days I have tried to register and obtain my UPI, but the App just stalls at the final stage. This is especially problematic because when I try to obtain a UPI through other means I cannot because they say I already have a registered UPI.

Upi mandate no working

I am unable to accept the upi mandare. Even after clicking on accept button and clicking on okay in the modal window.

Please hire someone who knows how to write an iOS app.

"Request timed out" every time I try to register with the Axis Bank account. It's news when Google goes down and when this app works.

NRI support?

Since RBI now supports NRI number, can you initiate the verification SMS Indian number to start with +91 instead of 0?

Just crash more like a trash app

Developer is not iOS expert may be its web based technology app and just converting code for iOS app which gives trouble. you should hire some good technical leads otherwise you will loose share. App just shut off on any launch and looks like every person face similar issue. When you don’t know to develop and test the app you should also not launch it. First person will download setup and try to use and when it just crashes and doesn’t let you do anything then its just waste of time. Just with few apis you can’t even handle this small app then god knows how your banking system is being handled by these developers. Pay some good money to trusted third party who can share you all the flaws in your app. Yours well wisher and technically person. Who is developing mobile applications for years

Worst app ever

Axis has never failed to deliver terrible apps...one of the worst among many Indian banks. This app cannot be used if you dont have an Indian phone number...these banks are incapable of managing local accts let alone global customers.

Unable to enable BHIM UPO

Tries to connect 7 times, but every time it says the same error “message not received “. The weirdest thing is, mobile must be on cellular data and if you are connected with wifi, it simply prompt alert “Please enable mobile data to verify your mobile number “ and then sends an SMS to some predefined number… And you have to keep on repeating this process multiple time… I have one question… WHY????????????

Another dud from axis bank

After the disappointing NETSECURE app they have done it again with this app… there is a definite glitch and from the looks of it hasn’t been looked into … utter unprofessional and lack luster behavior from axis
