The app is kinda confusing to use but I called the CS Hotline and the officer was very helpful. He went further and beyond to help me claim my points. Thank you.

App is forever asking me to share my location every few minutes. No, if I already chose not to, asking more times isn’t going to make me switch, it makes me hate the app more. Also why does it turn on Background Refresh randomly.

Hope can have a monthly usage statement can me make from BHPetrol And the point need scan qr? Is possible make it more ez?

How come my points are not credited?? TWICE NOW. This is stupid

I hv used Setel. The awarding points are automatic. But yours is not. If i forgot the receipts with qr code i hv no way to get the awarding points back unless i hv to return to the station and ask the cashier for the receipts. I hv sent emails in the past and wht I hv rcved were auto reply acknowledging rcving my emails but no status on my request with follow up emails frm your side. So we do not know whether you hv rectified our issue.

Encountered outdoor terminal no paper print receipt. Then, asked cashier print receipt. But QR code no recognize by apps. Use Apps to write feedback, unfortunately apps auto change every single word I typed. Even paste function not available for copied text from Notes. 👎

But please fix the bug for feedback via the app. Can’t type any message.

The feedback description keeps auto change the word to it’s own non understandable words by itself. This happen after the apps updated.

Almost 20 times trying, OTP never received on my phone hence failed to register. Meh
