We understand Apple have sent out a very buggy iOS 14. Would it kill you to give us an update on when/if, there is progress under way from your end? One 10 day old message asking for our understanding, and not to update the operating system is not very responsive, is it? Not everybody knew not to do this in advance, and others may simply have had updates on auto. Regardless, would clarification from your end take more than a few moments on the keyboard? One gig messed up, more to come, am looking at alternatives.

I bought the ultimate license today and it will not load anything but the free stuff. I’ve tried reinstalling, restoring my purchase, logging in and out. It worked a couple of times but would not load everything I paid for. It says everything is installed yet keeps telling me to upgrade. I even tried it on my second iPad but the same problem. Save yourselves the heartache and buy something that actually works. I wanted to use this as my live rig but it’s way too unreliable.

I use this beautiful app on stage, coupled with my presets (voicelive 3) and midi guitar. It’s give me a real third dimension in this type of use. Considering the price : it’s really magnificent ! A B I G thanks to Bias team. Guys you’re amazing💪🏽

I use this at church every week. Solid app, latency isn’t noticeable if you put it on low latency mode. I use an iRig Blueboard with it (distortion toggle, tuner toggle, delay toggle, tap tempo) and an IRig pro duo.

Ok I initially posted a scathing review as I went to load a bunch of my presets and they no longer worked saying I needed to purchase extra packs. I was extremely PO’d as I own every app you guys have made from X Drummer, Final Touch and all the Bias and Jam Up apps. I’ve also paid for a few IAP’s across all the apps. I then realised I could restore purchases as an original paid user and I once again can use all the presets I need for my album I’m working on. So thanks for looking after the original paid users I’ve marked my rating up from 1 to 5 and will continue recommending your apps.. cheers

Was really happy with this app until the last update. Paid for this and now what was free is no longer included. To recreate the sounds I had is going to cost me 400% of the original purchase price!!!!!

I was not so sure when I first looked at this software, I’m never to keen to part with online money for this out of thing, I did some homework on it, n got the basis fx n did some run through, instantly found it to be amazing, haven’t looked back, I’m 50 n this is so easy n the sounds are fantastic, I recommend it, I bought Bais amp n some other bundle stuff, I just love the fact you can play n adjust n keep playing, not to mention presets sound good straight off the bat, I’ll be getting the Bias amp 2 when I can.....Enjoy I know I am...I’m sold on it...

I've been a professional guitar player since the late 80's and this app has changed my cover band gigging life. I use it for 90% of the shows I play now paired with an Apogee Jam and IK Multimedia Blueboard controller. It all fits in a little manbag slung over my shoulder and I'm set up in 2 mins flat. I post pics of it regularly as rick_hollis_guitar_nerd on instagram I won't be selling my Friedman Smallbox 50 in a hurry coz it can't be beaten when I'm allowed to push some air, but most gigs I play have noise restrictions these days and I turn up with an iPad mini and get great sounds, so much that I have earned the nickname Bluetooth Rick. The engineer at the last show I played came running over to quiz what I'm using because he's used to people bringing in their boutique heads and load boxes but siad my setup blew them away. I will point out that I came up with my presets on my trusty NS10 speakers that I know intimately well and I work as a mix engineer so I know what a good sound is. If you don't know what a good sound is, chances are it won't work for you. I've had a couple of friends try and replicate my setup with no luck, but they don't have my ears. The factory presets that come with it don't do it for me and I came up with my own. I find I have to insert the graphic eq and tweak it like I would any recorded amp to sit in a mix and I've pulled a generous amount of 6k out and it sounds amazing. I don't channel switch often as it responds to turning down the volume knob on my guitar to clean the sound up beautifully. I'm off to buy the desktop version for my recording setup while it is on sale now.
