UI nya Friendly Banget

Mudah dalam investasi, aplikasinya simple tapi berbobot dan mudah digunakan. Pas daftar bisa pake kode ( kadokamu ) biar dapet cahsback untuk investasi pertama

Customer service mengecewakan

Saya berada di luar Indonesia sehingga mengharuskan saya melakukan transaksi menggunakan rekening salah satu anggota keluarga saya. Singkat cerita, transaksi saya gagal dan saya diminta mengirimkan surat kuasa dan copy surat keluarga yang langsung saya kirimkan 1hari setelah diminta. Karena transaksi dinyatakan tidak berhasil sebelumnya, asumsi saya adalah uang tersebut akan di refund. Namun masih belum ada uang masuk saya terima setelah 3 minggu berjalan. Setelah saya follow-up pihak bibit menyatakan bisa memproses ulang, namun saya diminta mengisi surat kuasa, yang sudah saya kirimkan sebelumnya, namun dengan template yang pihak bibit mau. Ini menunjukan pihak bibit belum melakukan pengecekan. Padahal saya sudah melakukan follow up beberapa kali perihal tersebut.
