Why won’t it show my passes that were purchased?

Getting spammed with duplicate notifications (up to 6 times in a row.) App and website provide no contact email to notify the developer about this. Otherwise helpful while on the mountain.

Love this app anytime I need information on the mountain or events going on. I hop on here.

They just updated the app to a summer mode so now I’ll need to wait at least a half year before I can come back and look at my winter stats that I’ve logged through their app

Didn’t track lifts, didn’t track runs, didn’t track speed but the gps worked fine as a map

The app itself is a fairly functional generic resort app, no major gripes there. However the spam notifications about Big Bear resort offerings have forced me to disable notifications for the app altogether. I would love to be able to enable only critical notifications within the app.

This app is terrible. Worst User Experience of any app that I have ever used. Too many clicks and menus are miss leading.

The app needs the ability to display the tracked runs on the map, not just give us a list of names. If you’re not super familiar with the resort, just tracking the names are not as helpful as seeing the tracks of the runs you made on the map, like some other apps do. Also, the interactive map isn’t accurate. Today a couple of runs were closed, but the app said they were open. This can actually be dangerous for beginners relying on the app to figure out where to go.
