Soo I have been playing for ten years I opened a ticket after spending 500 pounds on in app purchases to loose it all within 15 minutes ….. I didn’t receive an email back I received a message pop up in app saying my account has been removed …. No reason behind it just your account has been removed and access has been denied all in all I have spent over 21 thausand pounds on the app and just deleted never to be able to play again so do yourselfs a favour and stay away from this dirty app please I am currently organizing a lawsuit against them to recoup my money from them
Only slots??
Past few days I have been unable to play roulette or poker. The only thing I can now play is slots? Is this a bug? Common thing with big fish casino.
It’s good but getting worse
Been playing for seven years but now there’s too many pop ups and the prize pass really slows things down . Don’t know why I’m complaining really as it is free and probably the best one of this genre out there but it’s just once you’ve been playing for so long , you start to notice how it’s getting slowly worse each year . I’d get it though, easy enough to build up your coins

Good graphics but unrealistically hard to win. Pointless
Great graphics but winning in the game is overly difficult, I spent 2.5million chips on 1 game without having 1 scatter. It gets pointless eventually

Cost to much to buy tokens and can't the bottom leagues pay the same rewards out as top leagues Bottom leaug don't have a chance to get good players very unfairly no rewards who want to buy
Inconsistent
This app is solely for American players and even more so now. Crown days start later and later and are increasingly inconsistent so Europeans don’t get a chance to take part unless you want to stay awake all night, same with the new side game they’ve recently added. I buy almost daily yet haven’t won a golden elephant JP for years but an American player I know has never EVER spend a dime yet wins huge JPs regularly. Deleted JMS months ago & not missed it at all it actually feels great that I’ve got rid of the stress of that app.. yes stress that’s what this game is, I used to love it played all day, now days I only pop on now and then if I remember so deleting will be no problem, I’ve given up smoking a few months ago and this app makes me want a cigarette..! To sum it up never ever think this game can’t get any worse because it ALWAYS does.
