I couldn’t sign in

After I download the required book, it keeps telling me it needs to sync before I can open it. I hit the sync button in the top right corner of the app and it reloads and still gives me the same needs to sync message.

Where's the "sign in" button? I'm giving five stars because I use this app at my school and it is good but when I try to get it on here, again, no sign on button. Fix pls and ty.

I just downloaded big ideas math on my phone and I can’t even register an account it only says I can log in???

If there was a way to give this horrible app zero stars, I would definitely give it that.

Okay. I have a lot to say. 1. The app doesn’t connect to homework 2. No resources like website. 3. The app only has the Spanish version available for my students (I don’t even teach any Spanish students) 4. Not only do you have to download the app, you then have to download the book. 5. You can’t search other textbooks to add to your library. Why? For a company that apparently wants to provide resources to students and make it accessible, why do you make it impossible. The vast majority of people have only cell phones, fewer have a tablet or laptop available also. I knew I disliked this book due to the order but man, you guys really sealed the deal by having a difficult system to use for student AND teachers alike. Way to be difficult guys.

My kid is not learning
