Very easy to use and reliable. Big enough for skis. Good drivers. It’s just a great service to have. Saved us from having to rent a car.

Fantastic service

May have to wait for a bit so plan ahead but super convenient free door to door service and very friendly drivers who will give advice if requested— not just take you from point A to B!

I have been using this service all winter. I travel with my 3 year old. I have never had any problems until today. This extremely rude driver named Mandy with pink hair refused to accommodate us to a near by stop after we had placed our request and waited 25 minutes in 20 degree weather. She said I needed a car seat. No where on the app or website does it state that a car seat is required, but that’s ok, I can understand that part. What I don’t understand is her rude attitude. She proceeded by slamming the door on us. She didn’t pull away but sat in her van glaring at us while I looked for an alternate ride home. She was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. When another shuttle approached and accepted my request Mandy screeched out of the bus stop as if she were in a race. It was not safe, definitely not slow and I think she is a danger on our roads and to the potential passengers seeking for a ride. She didn’t even mention an alternate or suggest the bus. I’m a local but had I been a visitor that would have been extremely upsetting.

Who ever wrote the review on Dec. 28 was clueless, because service started Jan 2 2023. I have used the service many times since then and …..WOW ! Why drive when they do and they’re cars are already warmed up ! This service could be a game changer for people showing up without a car rental. Our last STR folks did this and had no problem getting to the resort. I live here year round and love a ride when it’s icy ! Fear not , they will pick you up in under 5 mins and best of all….it’s a FREE service !

This app is a Farce!
