The app went from bad to worse. When trying to scroll down to look at a different page it takes you back to the top. Can not zoom in on pictures. I probably don’t use big iron half as much as I used to do to a crappy app. You can do way better!!

I can watch many auctions and buy what I want this app is easy to use even for dummies like me. Any body looking to get this app I will suggest it to. All the bad reviews are lies and if true it probably crashes because they have an iPhone 1

BigIron went from having one of the best easiest online bidding platforms to the worst, I try to avoid it as much as possible

What used to be a semi functional app is now one of the most unfriendly auction apps ever. Having to log in continuously, poor user interface with a challenging layout that is not easy to use.

I’ve complained before and I’m back again, I use the old app to make my list and beat my head against the wall trying to login and bid on the new app. Not happy

I really don’t like that I can’t type in a max bid. Probably will help me not purchase as much on here because i hate tapping a button a thousand times.

The old app wasn’t the best but at least you could use it. This app terrible. What a disappointment and disgrace to BigIron

This app lags, makes you sign in after every time you close it. Does not update the bid unless you reload the page. Poor design, doesn’t even keep the same sellers equipment together in the list. Hard to find items. Their app and website is the main reason I do not buy more items from big iron, because it is too difficult to navigate.

I like to layout of the app but it lags out on bidding and playing any videos. Hope to see a change soon

As much as I like big iron I don’t like this app, you can’t zoom in on pics, you can’t click on location to bring up map, and I hate that when I scroll down a list when you hit back it takes you all the way back to the top only to have to scroll back down if that’s where you want to be. Have to login too much!!!!!
