Ridiculously overpriced for what it does
There’s other apps on the store that do the same thing for less money. That makes the subscription price ridiculous compared to other apps. No taste for free here; yet another developer has adopted the three day trial that converts into a subscription. I assume the hope is people will forget to cancel before the trial is up and get dinged for six months upfront. I thought this might offer something new for the price point; not the case. This app was quickly uninstalled without even trying.
Free Subscription? Nope!
I hate it when an app gives you a comparison chart of their subscription plans & they mention "FREE" but you can't actually select that. Another APP looking to charge you $$$ annually and another app that I downloaded, installed, opened and deleted within 1 minute of opening. Save yourself some time & don't bother.

Super quick support
Everything was working great when I did the free trial. Then I subscribed to the Starter Subscription via the iPhone app, and it didn’t work properly. I emailed support and they answered back in less than an hour - and the problem was resolved.

I'm so happy with BigVu! I have had such a hard time doing spoken videos before this app. I didn't have any issues with the functions or any bugs while using it with my iPhone 12 pro. Thanks guys
3 day trial is less than 3 days.
Signed up for the 3 day trial late night, day 1. Then a 6-month payment was taken out right after midnight on day 2. The 3-day trial was actually 25 hours for me. You companies are the reason consumers always have to worry about unexpected charges.
audio and video not synced
Learning curve is fair; ux/ui simple; but audio and video not synced in the end :(
